This isn't exactly for Webview, but I didn't know where else to put it...this file is a background bitmap for Windows/Internet Explorer toolbars that will make them look 3D as seen in the screenshot (the left is the standard toolbar, the right is the 3D one).
Instructions on how to install are included in the zip.
^^^^ pointless grade... anyways... Hotbar can do the same thing, but i can see why this would come in handy... I can't really do this because I have win 95, and my computer sucks ass anyway... good idea though.
hey instead of using hot bar y don't you guys use theme bar it does the same thing and you don't get the nasty hotbar bar.... also you can change all the icons get it here www.microgarden.com i think the address is right

Think it rocks, only problem is though you have a light and dark vertical line at each end... which means it ends up leaving a big fat ugly line whenever your window is stretched out, im in a high res so it tends to repeat regardless of what size my windows are... i just removed them and it works fine... nice tip for those not wanting to install any extras to funkify their explorer windows!
Looks great with XP! The 3D buttons of XP toolbars blend right into the toolbar background. One thing - the second bar thing going across is 2 pixels too low in Explorer. But fine in Internet Explorer

The middle bar; Can _not_ get it to go properly.. it's cutting off under my address bar...
